At Wunderman Thompson.
We needed to reinforce the concept of Creative Courage among WT employees. To do this, we turned to one of the most daring art forms: graffiti.
What was initially planned as a take-home welcome kit transformed into an event featuring two graffiti artists showcasing their craft.
This marginalized urban art, often dismissed by many as non-art, came to represent the values of a major company. During the artistic event, in addition to creating graffiti, the artists personalized each employee's kit, and employees were also invited to leave their mark on the agency. And they did.
